Tuscarora Lapidary Society is now participating the Second Saturday program in Media, PA. This is a monthly event with galleries, businesses, and the TLS Skill Center are open from 6pm to, at least, 9pm. The event is coordinated by the Media Art Council.
The 2009 dates will be published here when available. General meetings begin at 8:00pm at the Springfield Township Municipal Bld. (Powell Rd.) Delaware County, PA. January 2010: The DVD "Rhodochrosite: Red Treasure of the Rockies" was presented. February 2010: Show and tell of rare, interesting or unusual lapidary and non-lapidary items presented by TLS members. Therefore we are calling on the membership to put on a interactive program by bringing in a rare, interesting or unusual item from their collection to the February general meeting for a show and tell. March 2010: The March meeting will be a Silent Auction. We will ask members to bring items to the auction. If you have lapidary items, tools, rough, or other items in your possession that you may not have the time to work on or do not use because you have upgraded, then those items are ideal for the silent auction. We need your items to make this auction a big success. Items from the recent donations will also be auctioned.
April 2010: No Program is scheduled at this time. May 2010: The May meeting will be a second Silent Auction. We will ask members again to bring items to the auction. If you have lapidary items, tools, rough, or other items in your possession that you may not have the time to work on or do not use because you have upgraded, then those items are ideal for the silent auction. We need your items to make this auction a big success. Items from the recent donations will also be auctioned. June 2010: The June meeting will be the TLS annual Banquet and awards Ceremony.
