Preliminary Dealer Application

Our annual show GEMARAMA is held the first full weekend in November each year at the Greater Philadelphia EXPO Center in Oaks, PA. In addition to 28 dealers, the show activities include educational exhibits, continuous demonstrations of the classes we teach, and activities for children.

Our show is a retail show. PA requires that dealers have a valid PA sales tax ID and that you collect and submit sales tax.  Gemarama dealer booths range from the smallest at 168 square feet with one 6-foot and three 8-foot exterior tables at a cost of $722, to the largest at 336 square feet with two 6-foot and six 8-foot exterior tables at a cost of $1394.

The Tuscarora Lapidary Society strives to present a balanced show relative to products sold by our dealers.

Some years we have a couple of openings as we do this year. If you are interested in participating in our show, please fill out and this FORM so that we can consider you when an opening occurs for a dealer with your type of merchandise. Please provide as much information as is requested so that our committee can consider your business. Social media presence is valuable.
